Amin and Ashraf are two lifelong childhood friends with diverse experiences from professional cooking experiences to catering to servicing high-end restaurants. The two founders initially set out on a journey to pursue religious studies at Tayseer Seminary in Knoxville for a short year, but ended staying due to the overwhelming kindness and warmth they felt from the Knoxville community.Amin and Ashraf have always been passionate about food and now they teamed up to create the best chicken in the world. After testing and perfecting their recipe, they are ready to share it with the world through Hot Birds. Every event has been sold out so far and they continue to invest heavily into consistently making the tastiest, juiciest Hot chicken you can find!
Hot Birds is Amin and Ashraf’s creation, bringing hot chicken to Knoxville. It’s new, its spicy, and they think you’ll love it. They are starting out small with the perfect hot chicken sandwich and fries.
