Yes! Our chicken is always hand slaughtered zabihah and 100% halal, no exceptions!

Where is Hot Birds located?

Hot Birds is located inside Marble City Market, which has 8 food stalls. Address is 333 West Depot Avenue.
The closest entrance is in front of the trolley stop on the corner of Williams Street and W. Depot Avenue, across the street from the Southern Depot railroad.

Can I dine in at Hot Birds?

Yes, you can now dine-in at Marble City Market which is a food hall with other vendors as well. Park under the i-40 bridge for free or in the front of the building, there are meters. We are not located on Gay Street, but closest to the Williams street entrance to Marble city market.

When should I text that I’m on the way to pick up my order?

Please text Hot Birds 15 minutes before arriving to pick up your order at the number you received your message. Didn’t get a message? Email us at info@gethotbirds.com!

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds for orders placed.

Does Hot Birds Deliver?

We have delivery through third party apps such as DoorDash, UberEats and Grubhub. If you are within delivery distance based on the apps, you can find us on all 3 platforms.
